This server isn't set up yet

Add these environment variables (Vercel → Project → Settings → Environment Variables), then redeploy:

DATABASE_URL — doesn't look like a URL — Neon Postgres connection string (the “-pooler” URL)
NEON_AUTH_BASE_URL — doesn't look like a URL — Neon Auth URL from the Neon Console → Auth
NEON_AUTH_COOKIE_SECRET — too short (11 characters) — random string of at least 32 characters (openssl rand -base64 32)
